Overall I’m super impressed with the software. Now we can add unlimited users, unlimited mailboxes, and make any modifications + custom modules. We might want to fully integrate the support desk with our website and development processes. Win win win!
I really like FreeScout. I’ve bought few modules and have been developing my own module for my needs. App is great, customizable, easy to use and more powerful than I thought.
